Benish is our newest addition to the family at Northeast Funding Services. She has joined the company out of the banking industry and brings with her great customer service skills to better service our clients. She assists Michelle and all the members of our staff in helping to expedite the approval process. Benish also works with our customers one on one to provide the best communication possible through the loan process.

Tammy joins the staff of Northeast Funding Services with over 10 years of banking experience.  Having worked with both consumers and lenders, Tammy understands how essential the relationship between the two are and knows how to find answers and solutions for her customers.  Tammy’s personal mission is to be sure that all her clients understand the mortgage loan process every step of the way.  She joins us in agreement with our company philosophy that we will only do loans that make sense for our customers and puts them in a better position for their circumstances.  Tammy will be working with customers in New Hampshire and New York.

Kathy Rankin
Operations Manager

Kathy has worked for Northeast Funding Services since 2006. She brings to the Company her expertise in banking and marketing. Having worked in the banking industry for 10 years and in radio for 5 years, she handles the inside operations of the company and the radio advertising currently on Pulse 96.7. One of her main dedications is to ensure customer files are handled with the utmost of confidentiality.

Michelle Delgaudio
Senior Loan Processor

Michelle is the front line person working with all of our customers on a one to one basis. She handles the processing of all loan applications and has developed great working relationships with all of the lenders we work with. Michelle is excellent at helping our customers obtain their approvals with the best loan available to them and in the fastest manner possible.
